Here are the most common questions received from my customers and answered.

How do you decide on the menu?

I will elaborate some menu proposals only after having had a first contact.

Possibly also by phone, where you will tell me your tastes, ideas and any intolerance.

And I will send you everything by E-Mail.

How early do I have to book?

For private events and buffets or show cooking at least 10 days in advance.

Regarding weddings or corporate events at least 90 days in advance.

Do you take care of everything?


A few hours before the guests arrive, my staff and I will carefully prepare all the ‘Mise-en-Place’, the dishes and the cleaning.

You just have to worry about entertaining all guests.

I have the doubt that my location is not suitable.

No problem, a few days before the event, I will make an inspection to realize everything I will need to make sure that everything goes perfectly.

Regarding the payment.

At the time of booking I will ask you for an advance of 50% of the total amount.

For the final balance, it must be paid 3 days before the event.
